⚙️ How does it work?

1. Choose your pack or label
Select a smart polymailer or smart delivery label — our brand or customized in yours. Each comes with a unique tracking code and QR for easy booking.

2. Pack Your Item
Place your goods inside the polymailer or your chosen packaging or attach the label to your chosen packaging. Our fcourier packs are flexible, lightweight, and secure — just pack, peel, and seal.

3. Create Your Delivery
Scan the QR code on your pack or label, or visit the booking page to enter your shipment details. You can prepay for delivery or choose to have the courier collect payment from your customer.

4. Schedule Pickup or Drop It Off
– Choose free pickup, and we’ll collect it from your home or business
– or Drop off your sealed pack at any of our Package Points islandwide

5. Track & deliver
Your package is delivered in 1–3 working days to your customer’s or recipient’s doorstep. Use your tracking ID to follow the delivery updates.

Deliveries take 1–3 working days to any doorstep in Trinidad. Up to 5 working days for Tobago.

🚪 What if my recipient isn’t available?

We offer 2 free re-delivery attempts — no extra cost!

Skybox Pickups

Do you collect from local skybox offices or warehouses?

Yes, we do!
My Courier Pack offers secure, trackable pickup and delivery from local skybox providers across Trinidad — including offices and bonded warehouses.

Can you just walk in and collect my package?

Not without your permission.
Skybox providers only release packages to:
– The account holder
– An added sharer
– Or an authorized pickup person with valid ID
Since My Courier Pack is not the account holder (not the skybox customer), you’ll need to authorize us first.

How do I authorize My Courier Pack to collect on my behalf?

It’s a simple 3-step process:

✅ Step 1: Pay for the package(s)

– Use our Sendah payment link
– Scan our QR code
– Or pay your skybox provider directly
Then, upload your proof of payment to us using the form below or by replying to our chat/email.

✅ Step 2: Complete our Skybox Pickup Authorization Form
You’ll need to provide:

– Your skybox account number
– Number of packages
– Invoice number(s) and total value
– Your photo ID
– Payment proof
– Your signature confirming authorization

Once we receive your form and payment, we’ll send:

– The courier’s full name
– ID type and number
– An optional email template for your skybox provider

You’ll then:
Add our courier via your skybox’s online portal
Or email your provider (if portal access isn’t available)
🛑 Courier details are only provided after payment and form submission to ensure safe and authorized handling.

How do I know my package wasn’t opened or tampered with after pickup?

Tamper-Evident Protection for Your Peace of Mind
Every package is sealed on-site at the Skybox location with a My Courier Tamper-Evident Sticker before it leaves the building.
Here’s how we ensure your package stays secure:
✅ The seal breaks if opened and leaves a visible residue if tampered with
✅ We record the seal at pickup for added verification
✅ You receive the item sealed and fully tracked
✅ If the seal is broken upon delivery, you can report it immediately
This process protects both you and us from disputes and guarantees total transparency from pickup to delivery.

What if I have multiple packages?

No problem! Here’s how it works:
List all invoice numbers on the authorization form.
Make one combined payment or upload multiple payment proofs.
We’ll collect everything in one scheduled run, seal and track each item, and deliver it straight to your door.

What if I need help authorizing My Courier Pack in my skybox portal?

We’re happy to guide you. Just message us — we can provide:
The exact courier details to enter
A sample authorization email (if needed)

What if I skip this process and just send you my package info?

Unfortunately, we cannot collect without authorization.
Skybox providers will not release packages to third parties unless proper procedures are followed — and we always respect their rules to protect your goods.

Store Pickups

Can you collect or buy an item I saw on a local online store?

Yes — Sendah offers local buy & deliver services for select items from local retailers.
We can collect items from trusted stores even if we’re not officially partnered with them, but here’s how it works:

✅ 1. You send us the link or item details
We’ll confirm availability and price with the store.
✅ 2. You pay Sendah first
To secure your order, you must prepay us the full amount:
Cost of the item (based on store quote)
Delivery fee (quoted separately)
💡 We only proceed once payment is received. We do not pay the store upfront on your behalf.
✅ 3. We purchase and deliver
We’ll go to the store, buy the item, and deliver it to you — or collect if you already paid the store and just need a pickup.

🔐 Why Payment Upfront?

Because these are third-party stores, and we’re not affiliated with them:
We can’t hold or reserve items without payment
We can’t risk non-payment if the customer changes their mind
We are fully responsible for collection and delivery, so prepayment ensures a smooth process

🛑 No Returns or Exchanges Unless the Store Allows It
Once we purchase the item, all sales are final, unless:
The item is defective
The store accepts returns (store policy applies)
We recommend checking the store’s return/refund terms before confirming your order with us.
